Goal Setting is a process to keep us on track. It will get us to our Best Life. This is one of the most important ways of getting what we want -- in all areas of our lives. Setting clearly defined goals will increase our motivation and self confidence.
Building a bucket list is essentially setting for ourselves. These lists reflect the things most important to us in the most important areas of our lives: travel, relationships, money, work, career, where we want to live, and who we want to be.
The things you want to achieve must be written down. They must be realistic. They need a time frame attached to them. The must relate to actions as opposed to outcomes.
