It seems we need to take those things we want to do someday and add dates to them, time frames, and make a plan. I saw the movie - Knight and Day. Lots of action, adventure and a few laughs. Not academy award material but a definite feel good and have fun movie. Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz talked about things they would've could've should've done....and how maybe it would happen someday. But, someday never comes and sometimes there are regrets. The ideas of kissing a stranger on a balcony on a hotel in the South of France, or traveling to the most southern point of South America were good ones to consider for any bucket list. I am sure that I now want to put Austria higher up on my priority list of countries to see. The Orient Express? That one sounds amazing! Is it someday yet? It brought a smile to my face today when I heard about an organization who will be trying, again, to set a World Record for the most number of people Skinny Dipping. This is to take place at 3 pm Eastern Nudist Time, Saturday July 10, 2010. Personally, I crossed this item off of my list a few years ago. But, this was at night, waves rolling in on the beach, and with not many people around. And you know what? It wasn't that big of a deal! This ritual that has gone on for generations is liberating. It feels rejuvenating. It makes you feel free. Spontaneity and adventure. Now that is living well.

Choices for tonite - The Last Song (adapted from the Nicholas Sparks Novel) and Diary of a Wimpy Kid (also adapted from the novel of the same name). I have actually read both books. Get inspired. live. laugh. love. Mar 29, 2010 Concerts!The vibe, the sounds, the smells, the rhythm, the feeling of the bass inside your body -- being at a rock concert!! There's a connection, a commonality with thousands of people attending one event -- lining up in a crowd to shuffle through like cattle or like ants or just a happy bunch of rockers to get to our seats. Just got tickets today -- well, my friend got them for us!! We're going to see the EAGLES!!! If there is something you want to do, somewhere you want to go, just do it! Just decide. The concert is in June. I can't wait!!
live. laugh. love. Mar 29, 2010 Spring is in the air!!!I notice the tulips today. The sun is shining. And spring is in the air! I laughed out loud at the trailer for "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" and made plans to go dancing. As I go through my Bucket List, I am also at the same time making decisions and plans for the "How I want to live my life list". Taking the time to notice things, be aware, and grateful for the moments is helping me to "find the joy". This doesn't always work. Yesterday wasn't so easy. I didn't do enough noticing and practice enough gratitude. I have bad days, but more often bad moments that never last long. Each morning is new. And today is a new day. The sunshine makes me smile.
